The Programme Team have finished their brainstorming and are almost ready to send out the sign up letters! Every member of the convention will soon be receiving the sign up instructions for PlanZ, our programme participant platform, via email.
Even if you’ve never been on a panel before, please take a look and see if there’s something you could contribute to. Our programme is only as good as its participants!
If you haven’t yet joined the convention, you will receive the email within a few days of joining. If you’d like to be on the programme but haven’t yet joined, please do so as soon as possible as the longer you leave it, the less likely we are to have any panellist spaces unfilled.
UPDATE: the programme sign up emails were sent on 15th February. If you can’t find yours, please check your spam filter. If you still can’t find it and would like to be on the programme, we can help: please send an email to programme@eastercon2024.co.uk with your badge name and/or the email address you joined the convention with.
UPDATE; we will begin the process of assigning programme participants to items on March 1st. If you are interested in being a programme participant, please log into PlanZ before then to tell us which panels you’d like to be considered for. February 29th is the last day for doing this; please do not add any preferences to PlanZ after that as they may be overlooked.
